1. Use of Services

By booking or using any of our cleaning services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services
  • Grant access to your premises at the scheduled time
  • Remove any fragile, hazardous, or sensitive items before our visit
  • Pay all fees as agreed and on time

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.

2. Booking & Cancellations

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

 

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a charge equal to up to 50% of the service fee.

3. SMS and Email Communication

By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive communications from K Cleaning Services INC regarding your account and services.

 

These communications may include:

  • Service updates or rescheduling notifications
